Restrict user to send email from delegated account using Content Compliance.
In this example:
The Manager/ Delegatee is tu1@rocketsalescorp.com
The Assistant/ Delegator is jojo@rocketsalescorp.com
Objective: Restrict Mr. Jojo to send any email using tu1@ account. No other delegated account or function should affected.
- Go to Google Admin console => Apps => Google Apps => Gmail => Advance settings
- And select the Sub organization or Root Organization to deploy the rule. 3.
- Under the Compliance section, add a new Content Compliance.
- Name the policy, and follow the step defined in following figure.
