Receiving and Sending Routing – Organization based

  1. Login with Super admin account.
  2. Under Users section create and move users (Source) under separate organization

  1. Nog go to Gmail settings under Google apps section.

  1. Select the Organization and scroll page up to Routing setting area.
  2. select Receiving routing or Sending routing setting
  3. Select “Configure”

Next page please.

  1. Configure the rule with reference to following image and save the settings.
  2. you can add multiple recipients one by one in the same rule.

  1. Follow the same for Sending routing.
  2. Save the setting
  3. You are done.
