Receiving and Sending Routing – Organization based
- Login with Super admin account.
- Under Users section create and move users (Source) under separate organization
- Nog go to Gmail settings under Google apps section.
- Select the Organization and scroll page up to Routing setting area.
- select Receiving routing or Sending routing setting
- Select “Configure”
Next page please.
- Configure the rule with reference to following image and save the settings.
- you can add multiple recipients one by one in the same rule.
- Follow the same for Sending routing.
- Save the setting
- You are done.
