User Password reset in gControl
- Visit the admin console admin.google.com using your “SuperAdmin” user account of primary domain only.
- Select the gControl from the App launcher
- We strongly suggest to perform “Sync Domain” before any further changes and confirm that the sync is completed correctly or not.
- Select “User” under “Administrator” menu from the left menu bar.
- Select the Root Organization, or the respective Organization you are looking for the users
- Click on the user’s Name, for you wish to reset the password.
- Define the password you wish to assign
- Optionally, you can also select the option “Change password at next login”
- Click on “Reset”
- We strongly suggest to perform “Sync Domain” after any changes you made in gControl and confirm that the sync is completed correctly or not.
